A how-to guide on effectively using the LyfeFocus Posture Corrector S1

The aim over time is to create a natural healthy posture where you self-correct.
Becoming aware of your posture throughout the day is one of the first steps to implementing healthy posture habits. Take mental notes when wearing the Posture Corrector and try to replicate the same confident posture when you are not wearing it. Over time you will coach yourself to hold your body in a healthy posture subconsciously.
Suggested Usage:
- We recommend that the Posture Corrector is initially used for 30 minutes per session.
- This may be increased to a maximum of three hours per session once the Posture Corrector has become part of your daily routine and is used regularly.
- Use the Posture Corrector at times in the day when you feel pain or notice your posture is negatively affected.

Step 1
Wear with the straps over the shoulder as if you were wearing a backpack, with the logo facing outwards at the back.

Step 2
Fasten the main Velcro belt around the upper waist.

Step 3
You can then adjust the tension pulling back the shoulders by fastening the adjustable spandex straps over the top.

Pull the arm straps forward if needed so the velvet under arm pads are in the most comfortable position.
