A how-to guide on effectively using the LyfeFocus Posture Corrector S1

Putting on the S1 couldn’t be easier

For best results:

  • We recommend that the posture corrector is initially used for 30 minutes per session.
  • This may be increased to a maximum of three hours per session once the posture corrector has become part of your daily routine and is used regularly.
  • Use the corrector at times in the day when you feel pain or notice your posture is negatively affected.

Be careful not to adjust straps too tight as it may affect blood circulation.

  • Many find the corrector is most effective with the straps towards the outer side of the shoulders, whilst still secure you really feel the shoulders being pulled back creating a wide confident posture. However, everybody is different so find your own comfort zone.
  • Becoming aware of your posture throughout the day is one of the first steps to implementing healthy posture habits. Take mental notes when wearing the posture corrector and try to replicate the same confident posture when you are not wearing it. Over time you will coach yourself to hold your body in a healthy posture subconsciously.

The aim over time is to create a natural healthy posture where you self-correct.

We recommend going with the upper size if you fall into 2 categories. Both would fit comfortably.

Step 1

Wear with the straps over the shoulder as if you were wearing a backpack, with the logo facing outwards at the back.

Step2

Fasten the main Velcro belt around the upper waist.

Step3

You can then adjust the tension pulling back the shoulders by fastening the adjustable spandex straps over the top.

Step4

You can pull the arm straps forward if needed so the velvet under arm pads are in the most comfortable position.
