Neck & Shoulder
There are three products in the LyfeFocus hot and cold therapy treatment range.
The Hot Therapy treatment is the perfect way to naturally relax tense muscles at the end of a long day and helps return you to a relaxed state of mind. Use the heat therapy to relieve the misery of back, neck and shoulder pain, soothing any discomfort and easing stiffness.

Check the temperature of the gel pack. If not hot enough then please place back in at 30 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
With the Neck/Shoulder pack, insert into the protective cover provided.
Once temperature has stabilised you have the option of removing from the sleeve for use.
The Cold Therapy treatment reduces inflammation, assists healing and will bring relief to muscle injuries and areas of the body that suffer from being uptight. This also makes the cold therapy a fantastic supporting product to any chiropractic treatment that you might be receiving.
Freezing
Place the gel pack in the Freezer between 3-6 hours for best results
Insert the gel pack into the cloth sleeve and attach to the desired area for a maximum 20 minutes. Once temperature has stabilised you have the option of removing from the sleeve for use.
WARNING
Please follow the time instructions carefully and pay attention when using the microwave.
Please ensure the product has reached room temperature before switching between heating and freezing.
Do not put the Hot/Cold Pack in direct contact with skin straight out of the Microwave or Freezer.
