A how-to guide on effectively using the LyfeFocus Acupressure Mat & Pillow

Simply unroll and lie back on the area of the body causing discomfort or in need of soothing. 

We would suggest using in the morning and again in the evening or after work to reduce stress and tension. It is particularly effective when used consistently as part of a daily relaxation routine. 

In the first days of using the mat and pillow we suggest wearing a thin t-shirt. After that many find the Acupressure Mat & Pillow to be most effective when in direct contact with skin. Maximum of 15-30 minutes at one time.

Suggested Usage

  • Fully laid out on the floor (can be combined with mindfulness/meditation if you wish).
  • On the sofa or in bed (perhaps while reading or watching television). 
  • Use on work breaks as a way to return to a calm state.
