This warranty covers products you buy from our website. When you place an order, you agree to these terms.
Our Warranty Promise
If your new product has a fault in materials or workmanship, we will fix it. This only applies if you use the product normally.
You must register your warranty within 45 days of buying the product. Use the form above.
How Long Each Warranty Lasts
- Acupressure Mat: 6 months
- Back Stretchers: 6 months
- Foam Roller: 6 months
- Hot/Cold Packs: 3 months
- Ice Baths: 12 months
- Lower Back Support Belt: 6 months
- Massage Ball: 6 months
- Neck Stretchers: 6 months
- Posture Corrector S1: 6 months
If Something Goes Wrong
If your product has a fault, send us a return request within your warranty period. We will then do one of two things:
- Fix your product for free, using new or refurbished parts, or
- Send you a new product.
