The Hot/Cold Pack Small has a strapped design so you can fix it in place to any part of the body, making it multi-use wherever you are. Heat it up to relieve muscle tension and freeze to reduce inflammation.

GETTING STARTED

Microwave Heating

Everything you need to know to begin your Hot/Cold Pack Small journey with confidence.

Make sure the hot/cold pack is folded loosely, not tightly in the microwave.

Microwave the pack for 45 seconds.

Remove from microwave and move gel around gently so it is evenly spread.

Return the pack to the microwave with opposite side facing up.

Finally, microwave for a further 45 seconds.

If not warm enough, place back in the microwave for 15 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
