This Hot/Cold Pack Neck & Shoulder has been designed specifically to help relieve neck and shoulder pain, doing its thing in the background while you work or relax. Heat it up to relieve muscle tension and freeze to reduce inflammation.

GETTING STARTED

Microwave Heating

Everything you need to know to begin your Hot/Cold Pack Neck & Shoulder journey with confidence.

Remove the gel pack from the protective sleeve and loosely fold so the two ends are at the bottom when putting in the microwave.

Microwave the pack for 1 minute.

Remove from microwave and move gel around gently so it is evenly spread.

Return the pack to the microwave with opposite side facing up.

Finally, microwave for a further 1 minute.

If not warm enough, place back in the microwave for 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.

Insert the pack into the sleeve provided after the pack has been microwaved.
