The Hot/Cold Pack X-Large pack targets the whole of the back, neck and shoulders at the same time. Heat it up to relieve muscle tension and freeze to reduce inflammation.

GETTING STARTED

Microwave Heating

Everything you need to know to begin your Hot/Cold Pack X-Large journey with confidence.

Remove the gel pack from the protective sleeve and loosely fold once on the fixed middle line and then once more so the 4 buckles meet. Make sure the plush side faces up.

Microwave the pack for 2 minutes.

Remove from microwave and move gel around gently so it is evenly spread.

Return the pack to the microwave for a further 1 minute 30 seconds.

If not warm enough, place back in the microwave for 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.

Insert the pack into the sleeve provided after the pack has been microwaved.

Freezing

The LyfeFocus Hot/Cold Pack X-Large fits seamlessly into your daily routine. Here are our recommended ways to use it.
