A how-to guide on effectively using the LyfeFocus Lower Back Support Belt

Putting on the Lower Back Support Belt couldn’t be easier

A solution for those prone to episodic back pain through work or exercise.

Inactivity weakens the back muscles and leaves you more vulnerable to pain and injury, which in turn makes it even harder to be more active. A Vicious Circle.

The lumbar support belt allows you to keep the level of activity to a healthy level, stabilising the lower back and core muscles.

Step 1

Place the Support Belt around the lower waist and fasten at the front. The two visible support strips at the back should run parallel either side of the spine, with the logo facing outwards.

The belt can be moved up or down slightly to best suit your needs but should remain in the lower back area.

Step2

Use the smaller adjustable Velcro straps on the outside of the belt to adjust tightness, overlapping the main belt fastening point to secure optimum support, whilst still ensuring you are comfortable.

Be careful not to tighten fully when using with the reusable hot/cold pack and first check for gel leakage.

Sizing

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING YOUR SIZE
SIZE Widest Waist Measurement (Breathe out and measure around the widest part of your waist – usually somewhere between belly button and hips)
SMALL 65cm – 77cm
MEDIUM 76cm – 87cm
LARGE 87cm – 99cm
XLARGE 98cm – 110cm
XXLARGE 108cm – 120cm

We recommend going with the upper size if you fall into 2 categories. Both would fit comfortably.

To ensure maximum effect at most painful times, we offer a reusable hot/cold pack that can be inserted into a pouch at the back, to lower muscle tension (hot) or reduce inflammation (cold).
