Given that this item came with a protective bag, the extra plastic sleeve was excessive. However what matters is whether it works. I have a prolapsed disc in my lower back. The sensation is weird and I will probably hurt a bit over the next couple of days. I will be recommending this to be son who is in the RAF, considering a foam roller is part of the kit list for the Basics course.

About LyfeFocus Premium Foam Roller, i can only say positive stuff. Me and my partner we are both suffering from back and leg pain and we are using this tool for almost a month now. Since then, our pain and ache just gor much better, only 10 minutes per day it’s enough to for it to melt your knots and give to you that relief you were looking for. Material is very resistant and easy to clean. This premium foam roller wont let you down, i promise. Just try it out!

This roller is lightweight but solid. There is a carry bag included so it can be carried or stored easily. There is a booklet included as well for instructions do using the roller. I have tried it to massage my back and legs. Felt hard at first but relaxed gradually. It is a useful companion for gym lovers. The price seems reasonable.

Perfect size for full body roll out. Take it easy – dont forget to breath through the rolls. Great on any part of your body and gives a deep massage – feels painful at the time of use (keep breathing) however after you feel great. Go for it and buy it – good value for money.

I have to say this foam roller is pretty dense and rigid much better than I expected anyhow my experience has been good so far as I use it to relax and massage my leg muscles due to my job I am on my feet 95% of the time and as a result, I get knotted muscles very regularly and it used to be very painful but since using this massager I have noticed that the muscles have not been aching and the main thing I’ve not had a spasm in a long time.

The roller is made of strong and durable material, pleasant to the touch. It is very light and almost weightless. Well suited for self-massage – an indispensable thing for athletes. The roller is a little harsh for rolling out muscles, but helps get rid of back pain and cellulite. Great for pre-workout warm-up or lymphatic drainage. A little short, for self-massage of the back.
When used, it does not deform, dents do not form on the surface. Easy to clean and wash.

When working out regularly in the gym, you often end up with knotted muscles that require a deep tissue massage, so a roller like this is the perfect option to get it sorted.
The roller comes nicely packaged, so really, if you like, you could give it to someone as a gift for their birthday, especially if they are gym training enthusiasts. The roller itself is very hard and provides quite an aggressive deep tissue massage. It is quite painful in the beginning but definitely works away at the tension in your body – it is easier to work it out in your legs than your back, as you have to balance on it, but it does work well for the whole body for sure.
You can use the roller at home, or you can buy it for gym use, as it can be easily cleaned with wet wipes or even sanitising spray.
It looks like it was made from very good quality materials, so it should last you easily for a few years. I would recommend this choice.

This massager is great for pre and post workout – or even as a workout itself.
Good for stretching out muscles and reducing cellulite.
Great size which makes it easy to store when not using it. Perfect for sore/ailing muscles as it stretches and reduces pain.

Stick with it even if it hurts a bit. This does a world of good to sore muscles or strains or fibromyalgia pains. I can’t afford massages so this is the next best thing. Very solid and sturdy and once you find the sweet spot with it it is absolute bliss.

So, this isn’t quite what I expected. It says ‘foam’ roller, but NGL, this thing feels like torture! Torture may be a bit strong, but it’s certainly a shock to the system using one for the first time..
After plucking up the courage to get back on, the knots in my back started to ease and my troublesome hip flexors relaxed, and boy does it feel good! Almost a cathartic experience that is not only therapeutic, but it’s incredibly relaxing too.
Now, a word of warning. Go slow! Do not try to roll every muscle or troublesome area in one session as I did in my euphoric state. Low-key, I was sore for days, so if it’s also new to you and you don’t fancy having to bum-shuffle your way down the stairs in front of your laughing partner or children(both in my case) then build up gradually and the benefits will follow. My range of movement has drastically improved and my overall alignment is better than it’s been since I can remember. I highly recommend it as long as you’re not going to try and be a hero like I did..

Excessive packaging. Plastic bag for a roller bag which has a further plastic wrapper on it.
Sturdy. Used for a full body stretch session, worked great especially holding up well against quads. Lightweight, easy to store, good value for money.
