There are three products in the LyfeFocus hot and cold therapy treatment range.

The Hot Therapy treatment is the perfect way to naturally relax tense muscles at the end of a long day and helps return you to a relaxed state of mind. Use the heat therapy to relieve the misery of back, neck and shoulder pain, soothing any discomfort and easing stiffness.

Microwave heating

Place the gel pack in the microwave so it does not touch the sides. If this requires you to fold it, then please remove after half the recommended time shown above, turn over, and complete the recommended time – to ensure the gel is heated evenly.

Next…

Check the temperature of the gel pack. If not hot enough then please place back in at 15 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.

The Small Hot/Cold Therapy Pack can initially be used over a t-shirt until deemed cool enough to use directly on the skin.

The Cold Therapy treatment reduces inflammation, assists healing and will bring relief to muscle injuries and areas of the body that suffer from being uptight. This also makes the cold therapy a fantastic supporting product to any chiropractic treatment that you might be receiving.

Freezing

Place the gel pack in the Freezer between 2-6 hours for best results.

The Small Hot/Cold Therapy Pack can initially be used over a t-shirt or cloth until happy to use directly on the skin.

Attach to the desired area for a maximum 20 minutes.

WARNING

Please follow the time instructions carefully and pay attention when using the microwave.

Please ensure the product has reached room temperature before switching between heating and freezing.

Do not put the Hot/Cold Pack in direct contact with skin straight out of the Microwave or Freezer.

It looks and feels of a good quality and well made.

This treatment is reusable and can be used cold or hot. I had a trapped nerve and was advised to use hot and cold compresses on my shoulder/neck. It is very easy to use, if I needed it warm I placed the pack it in the microwave for about 90 seconds on the highest settings, I used it over the t-shirt and kept as long as I needed, approx. 20 minutes.

When I needed it cold, I put the gel bag in the freezer for 3/4 hours then used it on my shoulder for approx. 20 minutes on top of the t-shirt. It is very good and practical idea as when wearing belt I was able to move, before I used gel bags without the belt, so I was wasting my time as when applied I could not move as it would felt down.

I found it also helpful, especially warm compresses to ease my back pain.
