Setting Heat & Time

Connect the power bank to the back stretcher. Use the controller to first set the desired temperature and secondly choose the time.

To begin with, we advise using on the 45°C setting for approx 5 minutes. Only increase the heat once you have made you sure you will be comfortable with an increase.

Allow a few minutes for the back stretcher to reach the desired temperature before starting.

Adjusting the Back Stretcher

Insert the wider side of the stretcher board into the wider side of the base. Use with the wider part of the back stretcher at the base of the back. The side with the logo should be towards the mid upper back.

Sit with the stretcher in between your knees, positioning the side with 3 adjustable levels away from you.

Bend slightly and place the smaller logo side into the desired adjustment level.

Get yourself in a sitting position with the base of the stretcher at the very bottom of your back.

Gently lower yourself down using your arms to get into position. Once stable and comfortable, relax the back to get the full benefit of the stretch.

Suggested Usage

  • We recommend using the back stretcher once a day for 5 minutes.
  • The maximum usage is twice a day for 5 minutes each session.
  • Leave at least 4 hours between each session.
  • We recommend using level one and two initially as you become fully used to using the back stretcher. Do not use the third level unless you feel comfortable at level one and two.
