Back & neck stretchers are used to gently decompress the spine, reduce muscle tension, and relieve stiffness caused by poor posture, prolonged sitting, or repetitive strain.

Are back & neck stretchers safe to use at home?

Yes, when used as directed. High quality back & neck stretchers are designed to apply controlled stretch rather than aggressive force, making them suitable for regular home use.

How often should I use a back or neck stretcher?

Most people benefit from using a back or neck stretcher for 5 to 15 minutes per session, up to once or twice daily depending on comfort and symptoms.

Can back & neck stretchers help with posture?

Yes. By reducing spinal compression and releasing tight muscles, back & neck stretchers support better posture and spinal alignment over time.
