Your First Acupressure Session
Everything you need to know to begin your acupressure journey with confidence.
Simply unroll the mat and lie back on the area of the body causing discomfort or in need of soothing. Position yourself slowly, allowing your body weight to distribute evenly across the acupressure points.
We recommend using in the morning and again in the evening to reduce stress and tension that has built up throughout the day. It isarticularly effective when used consistently as part of a daily relaxation routine.
In the first few days of using the Acupressure Mat, we suggest wearing a thin T-shirt. After that, many find the mat to be most effective when in direct contact with skin.
Recommended session length: Maximum of 15-30 minutes at one time. Consistency matters more than duration even 10 minutes a day can make a meaningful difference to your wellbeing.
