Back Support Belt Size Guide
Use this back support belt size guide to find the right fit for your LyfeFocus Lower Back Support Belt. A belt that is too loose will not give proper support, and one that is too tight can be uncomfortable, so it is worth taking a minute to measure.
How to measure yourself
This is a unisex product, so please do not go by standard clothing sizes. Use a measuring tape, breathe out, and measure loosely around your widest body circumference between your belly button and hips. Then check your measurement against the size chart below. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend going for the upper size.
