A how-to guide on effectively using the LyfeFocus Ice Bath
The LyfeFocus Ice Therapy Bath provides a natural approach to managing aches, pain and muscle tension. Used consistently as part of a routine, cold-water therapy offers a great way to reduce inflammation and support general wellbeing, from the comfort of your own home.

Choose a flat surface that is strong enough to hold the ice bath containing water. The heavy-duty groundsheet will provide protection from most surfaces.
Before using the ice bath for the first time, wash with warm soapy water, then rinse and dry with a clean cloth. Clean the ice bath every 7-10 days when using regularly and closely monitor water quality.
Do not make the water level higher than 2/3.
Gently lower yourself down using your arms to get into position. Once stable and comfortable, relax the back to get the full benefit of the stretch.

How To Install
- Connect curved metal rods to straight plastic rods
- Insert the bottom and top metal rods. Insert support rods at both ends of the ice bath
- Connect support rods at both ends with the top and middle rods. Ensure rods are fully connected.
- Fold the fabric around the support rods and attach the buttons to ensure a tight closure.

Suggested Usage
For maximum effect we suggest using the ice bath for between 5-10 minutes every other day, depending on the temperature. Mornings and evenings are ideal times to use the ice bath, to set your intentions for the day ahead or manage tension built up over the course of the day.
When you begin using the ice bath, for the first few days, we suggest starting gradually with sessions of 1-3 minutes. Then build up your time in the bath slowly.
Lower the time to under 5 minutes and use with caution if using the Ice Bath between 2-6°C.
