Neck & Shoulder

There are three products in the LyfeFocus hot and cold therapy treatment range.

The Hot Therapy treatment is the perfect way to naturally relax tense muscles at the end of a long day and helps return you to a relaxed state of mind. Use the heat therapy to relieve the misery of back, neck and shoulder pain, soothing any discomfort and easing stiffness.

Microwave heating

Neck/Shoulder Therapy Pack3 Minutes 30 seconds+ 30 secondintervals if still required

Place the gel pack in the microwave so it does not touch the sides. If this requires you to fold it, then please remove after half the recommended time shown above, turn over, and complete the recommended time – to ensure the gel is heated evenly

Next…

Check the temperature of the gel pack. If not hot enough then please place back in at 30 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.

With the Neck/Shoulder pack, insert into the protective cover provided.

Once temperature has stabilised you have the option of removing from the sleeve for use.

The Cold Therapy treatment reduces inflammation, assists healing and will bring relief to muscle injuries and areas of the body that suffer from being uptight. This also makes the cold therapy a fantastic supporting product to any chiropractic treatment that you might be receiving.

Freezing

Place the gel pack in the Freezer between 3-6 hours for best results

Insert the gel pack into the cloth sleeve and attach to the desired area for a maximum 20 minutes. Once temperature has stabilised you have the option of removing from the sleeve for use.

Please follow the time instructions carefully and pay attention when using the microwave.

Please ensure the product has reached room temperature before switching between heating and freezing.

Do not put the Hot/Cold Pack in direct contact with skin straight out of the Microwave or Freezer.

I’ve never been sure whether to use heat or cold on my aches and pains but the leaflet in with this gel pack explains exactly which to use and when. The pack seems well made and tough. I have one of the buck wheat pads that can go in the microwave and I find it quite heavy when I’m in pain so tend not to use it. This gel pack doesn’t feel as heavy but now I know that I should have been using cold, that weight might not have bothered me so much anyway. I’m really happy with this, I think it is worth the money, not the cheapest in any sense of the word, but definitely good value.

I Ordered this i’ve been suffering with neck and shoulder pain as i adjust to working at the dining room table, its also cold sitting around the house all day. Today is the first day i’ve used it and i am impressed, super easy to use – 3 minutes in the microwave its really warm and cosy around my shoulders.
