This Hot/Cold Pack Neck & Shoulder has been designed specifically to help relieve neck and shoulder pain, doing its thing in the background while you work or relax.

Heat it up to relieve muscle tension and freeze to reduce inflammation or swelling.

Microwave Heating

Place the gel pack in the microwave for 3 minutes 30 seconds. With caution, add 30 second intervals if still required until desired temperature is reached.

Ensure gel pack does not touch the sides of the microwave. If this requires you to fold it, remove after half the recommended time, turn over, and complete the recommended time – to ensure the gel is heated evenly.

Insert the gel pack into the protective cover. Once temperature has stabilised, you have the option of removing from the sleeve for use.

Freezing

Place the gel pack in the freezer between 3-6 hours.

Insert the gel pack into the protective sleeve and attach to the desired area for a maximum 20 minutes.

Once temperature has stabilised you have the option of removing from the sleeve for use.

Warning

Please follow the time instructions carefully and pay attention when using the microwave.

Please ensure the product has reached room temperature before switching between heating and freezing.

Do not put the Hot/Cold Pack Neck & Shoulder in direct contact with skin straight out of the microwave or freezer.

Use the protective cover provided. Do not put the protective cover in the microwave or freezer.

I’ve never been sure whether to use heat or cold on my aches and pains but the leaflet in with this gel pack explains exactly which to use and when. The pack seems well made and tough. I have one of the buck wheat pads that can go in the microwave and I find it quite heavy when I’m in pain so tend not to use it. This gel pack doesn’t feel as heavy but now I know that I should have been using cold, that weight might not have bothered me so much anyway. I’m really happy with this, I think it is worth the money, not the cheapest in any sense of the word, but definitely good value.

I Ordered this i’ve been suffering with neck and shoulder pain as i adjust to working at the dining room table, its also cold sitting around the house all day. Today is the first day i’ve used it and i am impressed, super easy to use – 3 minutes in the microwave its really warm and cosy around my shoulders. I’m going to order another one for my partner to use as he also suffers with shoulder pain
